Scaling Agile: FREE White Paper on Agile Adoption in the Enterprise

The principles and benefits of Agile methodologies are appealing to large organizations, but the challenge is how to go Agile without fracturing well established enterprise processes? This paper from MKS explains why Agile practices should be blended with proven enterprise practices to achieve the right mix of agility and discipline.
