Accelerating Product Innovation with Software System Lifecycle Management
The importance of software embedded with products is increasing at a very rapid rate, with the majority of products delivered last year relying on software as a key differentiator. A proven, integral solution is available today – Integrity, a PTC product, (formerly MKS Integrity) accelerates software innovation by managing the software system lifecycle, connecting all engineering artifacts, including requirements, models, code and test, ensuring comprehensive lifecycle traceability.

Leadership, Teamwork, and Trust with Scrum by Watts S. Humphrey and James W. Over
The title of his last book is a little bit misleading as it is mainly focused on the Team Software Process (TSP) than presenting a broader perspective on software development management or leadership. The information in the book is well structured and the mix between the theory and practice parts is fairly balanced. I will recommend this book to every software development manager and project manager who is interested in getting an additional perspective on how to improve its projects results.
